Treatment Philosophy & Focus

Her treatment style is accepting, genuine and client centered, incorporating your strengths, and empowering you for further growth. Your time is valuable, so she will partner with you to understand your primary concerns and goals and identify how therapy can be most beneficial. She has a humanistic, eclectic approach respecting and valuing your uniqueness and diversity. She utilizes CBT, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness techniques and other evidence-based treatments.

Education & Experience

Patti has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan.
