Wellness matters. Wellness first.The Wellness Institute of Michigan provides billing services to our clients by working with many commercial insurances and auto insurances. As part of our customer service, we review each potential new client’s mental health insurance coverage prior to scheduling, to confirm the financial responsibilities of the client. We also ask clients to keep us apprised of any insurance changes that make take place throughout the year. We are always available to answer any questions you may have concerning billing.
We accept most major insurances, including but not limited to:

Blue Cross Blue Shield
Blue Cross Complete
Blue Care Network
HAP
Humana
McLaren
Optum
Optum VA Community Care
Original Medicare
Priority Health
United Healthcare
Medicare supplemental and Advantage plans through Humana, AARP, PHP, BCBS, and Trustmark.
Many auto insurances (in the case of clients who have sustained injuries from motor vehicle accidents, resulting in their need for mental health counseling)
We also accept private pay and credit card payments.
Patients are responsible for any copay, coinsurance, or deductible at the time of service.
