She believes in coming together with the client in a collaborative approach, to connect in a way that will be effective for the client’s goals and needs.
Julia provides a safe, judgement-free environment to explore any/all areas in life in which the client desires to change/improve. She believes in accepting the client for who they are, listening with intention, and giving the support the client need to grow and create positive change. Julia is passionate about helping clients find their peace and purpose.
In her clinical practice, Julia utilizes an eclectic approach to counseling, utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions and techniques based on the client and their unique needs/journey.
