Luda is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who treats individuals, couples, and families.  She has been working in the behavioral health field for over 20 years and sees both adolescents and adults.

Luda has dedicated her life to learning about many different modalities to assist others in learning the skills and knowledge necessary to deal with life’s difficulties in an effective and often enjoyable way. She is honored and excited to be a part of her clients’ processes of self-discovery and empowerment.

Education & Experience

Luda received her bachelor of science degree in social work from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont, and her master of social work from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan. She also has her practical nursing license from Putman School of Practical Nursing in Putnam, Vermont. Luda has client-care experience in a variety of healthcare settings including nursing, hospice care, and psychotherapy.

Luda treats ages 12 and up, individuals, couples, and families. She utilizes cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and for couples, IMAGO Relationship Therapy (IRT). She is also certified in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR). She is experienced in the treatment of:
